Refund policy

Please email us at info@totemeco.com.au should you have a concern with your purchase and we’ll do our best to resolve any issue.

Only items purchased on the Totem Eco website can be returned for store credit or exchange. If you have purchased an item from a stockist, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.

Adverse skin reactions or allergies:

A full list of our ingredients is displayed on our website and packaging. It is recommended that all customers check the listed ingredients carefully prior to purchase or use for any ingredients that may be of concern to them individually.

For customers with sensitive skin, we highly recommend patch testing our products for 2-3 days on the inside of your wrist prior to use. Should your skin become irritated or show any sign of an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately.

Totem Eco cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions and cannot be held responsible should any occur. Totem Eco cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened and are considered to be the cause of an allergic reaction.

Please contact us within 7 days via info@totemeco.com.au if you received the wrong products with your order. Please ensure you include photographs and or videos with your email and we’ll work to remedy the issue.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot refund or accept returns on used or opened items.

My product is damaged:

I changed my mind:

Please choose carefully as we do not provide a refund if you simply change your mind for items purchased.
