DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All goods are dispatched from Berry, NSW, Australia and are delivered by Australia Post
For shipping to an Australian address or PO box:

We offer free shipping for retail orders of $80 or more*

For retail orders totaling less than $80 our shipping rate is $10.60 with Australia Post Standard Shipping.

It takes approx 2-10 Business days for standard delivery depending on your location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For New Zealand retail orders our shipping rate is AUD$24.40 for a maximum weight of 500g with Australia Post.
- For New US & Canada retail orders our shipping rate is AUD$40.20 for a maximum weight of 500g with Australia Post.
- For United Kingdom retail orders our shipping rate is AUD$46.30 for a maximum weight of 500g with Australia Post.

For Rest of World retail orders our shipping rate is AUD$58.50 for a maximum weight of 500g with Australia Post.

It takes approx 10-15+ business days for standard delivery depending on your location.

All prices on our website are displayed in AUD Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Any applicable import duties, taxes (including VAT), and charges which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country are not included in the item price or postage cost. Payment of these international charges is solely the responsibility of the customer. Duty and tax thresholds vary from country to country. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchasing. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs charges will incur an additional shipping fee.
Returned deliveries
If your package was delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or you did not collect from your local Post Office, the item will usually be returned to us. To have this package resent to the correct address upon return to Totem Eco, there will be a $10.60 reshipping fee for domestic orders or $32.25 for international orders. Any international orders that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs charges will also incur an additional shipping fee of AUD$32.25.
Oops! Can I change my delivery address?
Any alterations to shipping destinations must be sent to info@totemeco.com.au or in reply to your order confirmation email by no later than 9am the following day, Mon-Fri.
While we will do our best, please take care submitting your address details as we are unable to guarantee alterations prior to shipping.
Leaving parcel deliveries unattended
Should you nominate AusPost to leave your parcel unattended if you’re not home (Safedrop) or give Authority To Leave, you do so at your own risk as neither AusPost or Totem Eco will replace your parcel if it goes missing.
